They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace care provided by a qualified professional. Any person experiencing a difficult situation is encouraged to seek the guidance of a duly qualified professional or, in the event of an emergency, to contact the emergency services in their area.

The decision to act upon any suggestion contained on this site rests solely with the user, who assumes full responsibility for the use made of this content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luz y Amor and those responsible for the site shall not be liable for any consequence arising from the use or misuse of the messages, reflections or practices offered.

Access to the daily message is free of charge. Donations are entirely voluntary and are allocated in full to maintaining and improving the site. They constitute a contribution rather than payment for a service and are, as a general rule, non-refundable. Should any issue arise in connection with a donation, users may contact us and we shall provide assistance.

The email address provided is used solely to deliver the daily message and account-related notices. Users may unsubscribe or request deletion of their account at any time. Personal data is never sold to third parties.
